RETURNS + SHIPPING POLICY

 At Sierra Care Collaborative (Sierra Cares), every all-natural product made is handcrafted with care. 

As a nonprofit organization, proceeds from all product sales directly support our mission to support people in need who have been affected by crisis or displacement. We want every purchase you make to reflect that same care and compassion.

1. Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding holidays).
• Delivery: Domestic shipping within the U.S. averages 3–7 business days after processing.
• Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free or flat-rate shipping may be offered during special campaigns.
• Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, unless otherwise specified. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, we generally cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we work to remedy, replace, or refund your item.

• Your order number
• A description (and photo) of the issue

We’ll make it right — because care doesn’t end with the product.

3. Refunds

Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

4. Donations & Sponsorships

Donations and sponsorship contributions are non-refundable. If you believe your donation was made in error, please contact donations@sierracares.org within 48 hours, and we’ll review your request.
