As a nonprofit organization, proceeds from all product sales directly support our mission to support people in need who have been affected by crisis or displacement. We want every purchase you make to reflect that same care and compassion.

Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, we generally cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we work to remedy, replace, or refund your item.

3. Refunds
Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
4. Donations & Sponsorships
Donations and sponsorship contributions are non-refundable. If you believe your donation was made in error, please contact donations@sierracares.org within 48 hours, and we’ll review your request.
