395 Naturals is now a project of Sierra Care Collaborative, a federally recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization serving the Tahoe Region.

This transition reflects a natural evolution of shared values, rooted in making, care, and community response -- while preserving everything people love about 395 Naturals.

ROOTED IN CRAFT AND CARE. 

Long before Sierra Care Collaborative (Sierra Cares) formally existed, its founders and Board members were already engaged in hands-on making -- creating with intention to nourish, comfort, and care for others.

These handcrafted items were often shared quietly with neighbors, friends, and community members during times of hardship. Over time, these personal making practices intersected with broader community care efforts and nonprofit partnerships, revealing the powerful role that thoughtfully made self-care products could play in moments of crisis.

FROM SMALL-BATCH MAKING TO COMMUNITY IMPACT.

One such effort was 395 Naturals, an Eastern Sierra-based self-care brand grounded in natural ingredients, small-batch production, and purposeful craftsmanship.

As 395 Naturals' products were increasingly donated and integrated into community response efforts supporting individuals and families affected by emergencies, displacement, and access barriers—it became clear that a charitable structure could amplify both reach and impact.

WHY THIS TRANSITION MATTERS. 

In January 2026, 395 Naturals formally became a project of Sierra Care Collaborative, a federally recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization.

This transition allows:

• Handcrafted self-care products to directly support nonprofit care programs
• Greater alignment between making and mission
• Expanded access to all-natural hygiene, wellness, and dignity-centered support across the Tahoe Region
   

Most importantly, it ensures that the heart of 395 Naturals -- thoughtful craftsmanship and care for community -- continues, while deepening its impact.

395 Naturals continues to operate with the same values and attention to detail -- now with the added ability to directly support mission-driven, nonprofit programming.
